We are in the early stages of the process of updating all of the Kinsta hosting environments to Ubuntu 20.04, the latest long-term support release.
The first part of the upgrade process involves upgrading a select number of staging sites. The maintenance will be performed during server maintenance hours (2 a.m. to 5 a.m. local time). The upgrade for each staging site will result in downtime of fewer than 5 minutes.
If you experience anything out of the ordinary after the maintenance is complete, please let our support team know.
