We will perform server maintenance this week (the second and final stage of a platform-wide operating system update) in the data centers of these regions:
Hong Kong (HK) Singapore (SG) Taiwan (TW)
Individual sites will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes at one point during the week during the daily maintenance window (between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. local time). We understand that 30 minutes is a long outage, but since this is an operating system update, we are stopping site containers during the update to prevent data loss in the event of an update failure.
We don't expect any issues as a result of the maintenance, but please let our support team know if your sites experience anything unexpected after maintenance is complete.
